chk check it out!

So try this. Promise you'll like it, 'specially if you're like me and find living without Diet Coke (or any other caffeinated beverage) un-bearable. It tastes nummy, then again I love green tea. You can't taste the green tea however in this, atleast that's what I think (and Jon agrees). You've gotta try the mocha. Sounds disgusting but so so good. I might be a little hooked... maybe just a little.

What do you think??

First & Foremost let me apoligize for the ridiculous pictures and lack of makeup. Ahaha, if you can't laugh at yourself then you live a sad life. That's all I have to say about though.

I am so sick of my hair, in fact I haven't had it done for 3 months!! That's probably the longest I have ever gone in my life. It's just a blah brown right now, just brown! I had it colored brown with the intention of later adding highlights but let's just say I never got around to it. Now i'm wanting someting more fun! RED.... what do you think?
Hate Ashlee Simpson but LOVE her new(er) color. Can I pull it off? I mean I am very fair, like glow in the dark! It's just how I am , blame my damn english heritage. Should I just stay dark brown? Blonde???? Ahhhh I love getting my hair done but lately I just can't decide what I want. I need help, advice, opinions!

Think Again

Before devouring that burger from some fast food joint, check this shiz out! Damn Skinny Bitch, I hate you for making me think again (or three or four or five times) before eating pretty much anything. I couldn't even touch my pasta last night (and I made it!) Just veggies and sauce for me. Let alone the entire week and half i've gone without my beloved diet coke. Ooooh.

This is my new everest. I have a 101 oz. water bottle , yes that's what I said 101 effing fluid ounces of aqua! Wow, not to say i've finished it in one day yet, but I do consume atleast 3/4.

On another note, am thinking about doing THE MASTER CLEANSE. Back when I worked at St.George Day Spa, the R.N. that did colonhydrotherapy was obssesed with this baby. Consistently informing us of the long term health benefits that come from doing the master cleanse. I'll keep ya posted on my progress, i.e. if I actually decide to do it!

So what? It's kind of an obsession...

So here are the peeps that have been cast so far for the TWILIGHT Movie. For more info go to http://twilightlexicon.com/. Anyone recognize Edward? It's Cedric Diggory from Harry Potter, and let's just hope that "Bella" will prove herself to be an ok actress. As for other TWILIGHT news, Breaking Dawn comes out August 2nd! Yay!

Some things never change

Take this test!

You're yellow, the color of joy and energy — two things you definitely bring to everyone around you. It's hard for anyone to be sad or lonely in your presence; your sunny disposition and cheery outlook just won't allow it. The warmth of your personality shines through in the kindness you show friends and family (and strangers, too). Always ready with a lighthearted joke or heartfelt compliment, you know how to make people feel good about themselves, so they can't get enough of you. Yellow is a warm and inviting color for a warm and inviting person — you!

So I was interested to learn that I am still the same ol' kait when it comes to my personality traits. I know i've changed quite a bit, Macy and I were talking about this the other day. I feel marriage really changes you, along with moving away from family and friends. Sometimes I feel like i'm super boring and majorly depressed. Believe it or not I actually went on PAXIL for about a year, until I realized how F'd up being on medication was. I don't even take ibuprofen anymore. I'm so anti putting anything un-natural into my body. Which brings me to my next point.....

Have any of you read this? It's freakin amazing! Totally in your face and I love it! Some find it rather offensive so if the title throws you off, you better stay away. The book is basically a lifestyle change and these babes mos def know what they are talking about.

Anyhow, weather wasn't bad today. Looking forward to the time I can see my grass again, it's just slushy nasty mess outside which results in messy pups! Oh well. Also looking forward to
*Cheer tryouts for Jen
*Kendra's baby showers
*California
and JORDI MOVING UP! Yay! Totally love her new roomie too

All to come within the next month or so!
